Data collected when visiting this website

When you access this website, information is automatically collected by the hosting provider that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type). This data is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security.

Email signup (early access list)

If you sign up via our form, we process the email address you provide and the country you select solely for the purpose of contacting you about the product launch and related information and to assign our communication regionally.

Hosting and data processing

This website and the storage of the registered email addresses are provided through services of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes data on our behalf (processor according to Art. 28 GDPR). A data processing agreement has been concluded with the provider.

Email delivery via Resend

We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to send confirmation emails. Your email address is transmitted to Resend and processed there as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the provider.

Resend is based in the United States. For the transfer to a third country, the provider uses appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).

Cloudflare Turnstile (spam and bot protection)

To protect against abusive signups, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical data such as your IP address and browser data is transmitted to Cloudflare, Inc. The processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) in protecting our signup form against spam and abuse.

Google Fonts

For the consistent display of fonts, we load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). When loading, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. The integration is based on our legitimate interest in an appealing and consistent presentation of the website.

Your rights

You have the following rights if the legal requirements are met: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
